Kirill Sidorov specializes in developing business management strategies and driving digital transformation initiatives.

At the early stage of his career, he contributed to the scaling of Svyaznoy Group, overseeing regional sales operations. He later played a key role in building infrastructure for mobile operators Tele2 and MegaFon. He also implemented technological solutions for the Russian Federal Service for Financial Monitoring (Rosfinmonitoring) and led process automation for the Sodruzhestvo Group international agro-industrial holding. For more than eight years, he managed analytical and financial operations at the IT company Seldon, where he initiated the launch of new products and business lines.

Kirill joined TASS in 2023. Since then, he has overseen a comprehensive redesign of the agency’s main website, tass.ru, including SEO optimization and web analytics. He is currently implementing transition to domestic technological infrastructure to enhance the security of TASS’s unique news, photo, and video archives, as well as introducing generative language models and related IT solutions.
